Use of your  gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Shop Kindersley gift cards remain the property of Shop Kindersley and the Chamber of Commerce who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

Use of Shop Kindersley gift cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

• This card/certificate is transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen. 
• Neither Shop Kindersley nor any partner is responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of this card/certificate. 
• This card/certificate cannot be returned. This card/certificate cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. Face value of card/certificate is in Canadian dollars. 
• Unauthorized resale will invalidate this card/certificate.
• When properly authorized, this card may be redeemed for services at participating Shop Kindersley partners. 
• Shop Kindersley partners may accept cards/certificates as payment for goods at their own discretion.
• Redeem gift cards only valid at participating locations listed at ShopKindersley.ca/GiftCards 
• The total value of the card/certificate must be redeemed at a single participating partner. Any unused balance will not be converted to any type of cash or credit. Gift cards must be surrendered at time of redemption.
• Neither Shop Kindersley nor any partner makes any warranty of any kind regarding any product or service you may receive in connection with your use and redemption of a Shop Kindersley gift card.
• Neither Shop Kindersley nor any partner assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) your use and redemption of this card or (ii) the performance or non-performance by any third-party providers even if you have been advised of the possibility of damages. Under no circumstance shall Shop Kindersley or any partner be liable for any delay or failure of performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control.
